A podcast is a audio file or a video files that is sent over the internet using RSS for playback on an ipod or any other music player. You can subscribe to our free podcast by following the directions below.1. Download and Install the latest version of itunes from http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/
2. Click on the rss icon below

and install the latest version of itunes from.
http://www.apple.com/itunes/download
2.
Launch itunes.
3. Click on the Advanced menu.
4. Choose Subscribe to Podcast...
5. Type In http://www.cicag.org/podcast/cicag.xml
6. Click Ok.
